High pressure to our south will move east and a new cold front will move off the U.S. east coast. Light to moderate winds gradually increase to gale force with storm force gusts this evening through Thursday morning. Gales persist through Thursday night. Rain and showers develop tonight and possible thunder with the frontal passage Thursday. Rough to very rough seas become high for a time Thursday morning.
