Rhona Emmerson

Graphic Artist/Illustrator

Rhona has lived all her life in Bermuda. She was educated at the Whitney Institute, Mount Saint Agnes Academy and The Bermuda College. She completed her education in Toronto, Canada.

She is married to photograper and platinum printer, J. A. Mark Emmerson. They have three children.

Illustration has been Rhonas’ first love. Watercolors are her principal medium, but she works in pencil crayon, mixed media, textile paints and dyes, plus Chinese brush painting; ever experimenting to develop new styles and techniques in her work. Her subject matter range from florals to land and seascapes.

Some of her work can be seen on souvenir and gift items. Paintings are held in private homes in Bermuda, England, Canada and the United States.
