Mary Tatem

A resident of Bermuda for nearly 35 years, local crafter Mary LaGasse Tatem, who is best known for her sea glass collage has focused her love of glass in a new direction.

Mary completed two extensive courses in the use of fused glass and precious metal clay in the renowned Corning Glass Studio in upstate New York  and  now spends her creative moments working with PMC (invented by Mitsubishi Materials Corp. of Japan) combined with her own unique fused glass process to create her art jewelry,

Mary also creates larger fused glass pieces that result in one of a kind framed art.

Mary wishes you many years of enjoyment wearing a piece of her unique, one of a kind fused glass and PMC silver creations.

PMC, is a clay-like medium whose primary ingredient is fine silver particles, which when fired at high temperatures in her jewelry kiln results in unique jewelry combinations of glass and 99.9% pure silver.
